provide “do it yourself kits”, which result in poor print quality, high defect rates and low page yields. All of our Penn-Mar INK remanufactured cartridges are electrically tested, cleaned, and refilled using the highest quality ink available. Prior to being packaged, our cartridges are weighed and print tested to ensure you receive a quality product.
